抑郁症中西医结合治疗临床研究文献的计量分析

摘　　要：目的探索2001-2010年间国内抑郁症中西医结合治疗临床研究的概况。方法选用万方资源数据库作为资料源,对2001年1月至2010年12月正式刊载的201篇抑郁症中西医结合治疗文献,进行计量的统计分析。结果 10年间在万方资源数据库发表的有关抑郁症中西医结合治疗文献的数量(仅2009年就发表了32篇)及质量均呈现增加的态势,临床研究范围广泛,其中脑血管疾病抑郁症49篇,更年期抑郁症12篇,产后抑郁症10篇,老年抑郁症7篇;文献大多采用8、6、4周为1个治疗周期,分别占54、25、20篇。结论从计量分析结果来看,中西医结合治疗抑郁症略显优势,但中西医结合治疗的临床研究在诸多方面尚有很大的发展空间。Objective To summarize the clinical research on treating depression with combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the past 10 years in China. Methods 201 literatures of treating depression with combined traditional Chinese and western medicine were found in Articles Resource Database from 2001 to 2010 and analyzed by metrology. Results There was a trend of increase quantity and quality in the literature of clinical research on the treatment of depression using combined Chinese traditional and western medicine in the past decade. 32 papers were published just in the year of 2009. The clinical research covered a wide areas, in which 49 papers were on depression in Cerebrovascular Disease,12 on menopausal depression, 10 on postpartum depression, and 7 on the depression in the elderly. The number of literatures using 8, 6, 4 weeks as one treatment cycle were 54, 25, and 20, respectively. Conclusion The combined traditional Chinese and western medicine on treating depression showed certain advantageous, but there still many rooms for further development.
