摘　　要：目的比较不同桩核系统修复不同缺损程度患牙的临床效果。方法将233颗患牙分为肩领组和无肩领组,每组内随机采用铸造桩核和纤维桩树脂核修复,观察疗效。结果肩领组与无肩领组的修复成功率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同材料的桩核系统之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肩领的存在可以提高桩核系统的修复效果,纤维桩树脂核由于本身的优点,值得临床应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of different posts on restoration of residual roots and crowns. Methods All teeth were divided into two groups（ with or without ferrule）, and each group was randomly treated by cast posts and fiber posts. The out- comes were observed. Results There was significant difference between the group with ferrule and the group without ferrule, while there was no difference between cast posts and fiber posts. Conclusions The ferrule could improve the effects of the post-cores. The fiber post worths clinical application because of its own advantages.
