摘  要:目的:探讨原子荧光光度计测量生姜中硒含量的可行性。方法:采用自动进样器,用氢化物原子荧光法测定普通生姜和富硒生姜中的硒含量。结果:普通生姜中硒含量平均为0.50×10-2mg/kg,而富硒生姜中硒的平均含量可达到1.16×10-2mg/kg;线性范围0~10μg/L,检出限为0.019μg/L,精密度为1.2%,回收率95.3%~100.7%。结论:氢化物原子荧光法测定生姜中的硒具有操作简单、快速准确、灵敏度高、成本低、样品用量少、线性范围宽等优点,适用性广泛。Objective: To study the feasibility of detecting selenium contents in ginger with atomic fluorescence spectrometer.Methods: Selenium contents in common ginger and ginger with selenium-rich were tested with atomic fluorescence spectrometer using automatic sampler in optimum conditions and compared.Results: The average selenium contents in ordinary ginger and selenium-rich ginger were 0.50×10-2mg/kg and 1.16×10-2 mg/kg respectively.Linear range was 0~10 μg/L,detection limit was 0.019 μg/L,precision and recovery ratio were 1.2% and 95.3%~100.7% respectively.Conclusions: The method is simple,effective,accurate,sensitive and cheap.Furthermore,it needs small amount of sample and has wide linear range and broad applicability.
