FBXW7和SRC-3在胃癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究F框/WD-40域蛋白7(FBXW7)和类固醇受体辅助活化因子3(SRC-3)在胃癌中的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测FBXW7和SRC-3在胃癌及正常黏膜组织中的表达。结果 FBXW7在胃癌和正常黏膜组织中的表达率分别为46.7%和90.0%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且与胃癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移及临床分期有关(P<0.05);SRC-3在胃癌和正常黏膜组织中的表达率分别为48.3%和10.0%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且与胃癌的浸润深度、淋巴结转移及临床分期有关(P<0.05);FBXW7与SRC-3之间存在着负相关关系(r=-0.370,P=0.004)。结论 FBXW7和SRC-3有可能成为胃癌早期诊断、判断预后的新指标及治疗靶点。Objective To study expression of F-box/WD repeat-containing protein 7（FBXW7） and steroid receptor rcoaetivator-3（SRC-3） in gastric carcinoma and to examine its clinical significance.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to examine expression of FBXW7 and SRC-3 in gastric carcinoma and para-carcinoma normal mucosa tissues.Results Positive rates of FBXW7 in gastric carcinoma and normal tissue were 46.7% and 90.0%,respectively,with the difference being significant（P0.01）.Expression of FBXW7 was significantly correlated with differentiation status,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage（P0.05） of the cancer.Positive rates of SRC-3 in gastric carcinoma and normal tissue were 48.3% and 10.0%,respectively,showing a significant difference（P0.01）.Expression of SRC-3 was significantly correlated with the depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage of the cancer（P0.05）.There was a negative correlation between FBXW7 and SRC-3（r=-0.370,P=0.004）.Conclusions FBXW7 and SRC-3 can be used as new markers for early diagnosis and prognosis prediction of gastric carcinoma.They may also serve as new therapeutic targets for gastric carcinoma.
