摘　　要：目的探讨Ku70在卵巢浆液性肿瘤组织中的表达及临床意义。方法免疫组化方法检测20例正常卵巢、100例卵巢浆液性肿瘤(卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤30例、卵巢交界性浆液性囊腺瘤20例和卵巢浆液性囊腺癌50例)组织中Ku70的表达,分析其表达与临床病理参数之间的相关性。结果 Ku70在正常卵巢组织,良性、交界性和恶性卵巢浆液性组织中都有不同程度的表达,且在交界性和恶性卵巢浆液性组织中的表达明显高于正常卵巢组织和卵巢囊腺瘤(P<0.01),卵巢癌组织分化程度越差Ku70的阳性率越高,表达强度亦越强,与肿瘤的临床分期、腹水、淋巴结转移均相关(P<0.05)。结论 Ku70的异常表达与卵巢浆液性肿瘤恶变相关。Objective To explore expression and clinical significance of the Ku70 protein in serous ovarian tumors.Methods Expression of Ku70 was detected by SP immunohistochemistry in 20 specimens of normal ovarian tissues and 100 specimens of serous ovarian tumors（30 specimens of serous cystadenoma,20 specimens of borderline serous cystadenoma,and 50 specimens of serous cystadeno-carcinoma）.The correlation of Ku70 expression and clinico-pathological characteristics of serous ovarian tumors was analyzed by the Chi-square test.Results Expression of Ku70 in borderline serous cystadenoma and serous cystadenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal ovarian tissues and serous cystadenoma tissues（P0.01）.Expression of Ku70 was more increased in lower-differentiated ovarian carcinoma,and it was related to FIGO stage,ascites and lymph node metastasis（P0.05）.Conclusion High expression of Ku70 may be closely related to manifestation of serous ovarian tumors.
