羟基磷灰石涂层种植系统长期临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:回顾性评估羟基磷灰石(HA)涂层种植系统用于修复牙列缺损的长期临床效果。方法:选取1999年1月至2011年5月在潍坊市人民医院牙科种植中心行种植修复的156例患者,共植入204颗BLB种植体,随访6～142个月,观察方法为拍摄口腔X线片、临床观察及患者满意度调查。应用寿命表法计算13年植体累计存留率,应用SPSS13.0进行配对t检验。结果:接受随访的156例患者共204颗种植体,其中11例患者12颗种植体松动脱落,13年的累计存留率为94%,患者种植前与种植后的各项满意度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:羟基磷灰石(HA)涂层种植系统是一种具有良好长期临床效果的口腔种植体。Objective： The purpose of the study was to evaluate the long-term clinical result of hydroxyapatite（HA）coated implant.Method：156 patients who received 204 BLB implants implanted from Jan 1999 to May 2011 in Dentistry,Weifang People＇s Hospital.Observation method was evaluated by oral X-ray,clinical observation and satisfaction surveys.The result were analyzed by 13-year survival rate and paired-samples T test.Result：12 implants of 11 patients were lost,the cumulative suirvival rate of BLB implants was 94% over 13 years,and the result of satisfaction surveys was significant（p0.05）.Conclusion：Domestic BLB implant system has a good long-term clinic prospect.
