乳腺癌组织CXCR7表达与淋巴结转移相关性的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨趋化因子受体7(CXCR7)表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移的关系。方法:用组织芯片及免疫组化技术检测CXCR7在乳腺癌组织及正常组织中的表达。结果:CXCR7在淋巴结转移组中呈高表达(83.33%,40/48),显著高于无淋巴结转移组(61.11%,33/54),P<0.05;CXCR7表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移(P=0.013)、肿瘤大小(P=0.000)有关,与年龄(P=0.876)、分化程度(P=0.501)、ER(P=0.057)和PR(P=0.885)无关。结论:CXCR7高表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移具有一定的相关性,选择性阻断CXCR7的作用,对控制乳腺癌淋巴结转移可能是一个有效的途径。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the relation between expression of chemokine receptor 7（CXCR7） and lymph node metastasis.METHODS：Specimens extracted from normal tissue and breast carcinoma were stained immunohistochemically by a CXCR7 specific marker to compare the CXCR7 expression level from normal breast tissue with that from breast carcinomas.RESULTS：The CXCR7 expression rate was significantly higher in the lymph node metastasis positive group（83.33%,40/48） as compared to that in the lymph node metastasis negative group（61.11%,33/54,P0.05）.The CXCR7 expression level correlated well with the severity of lymph node metastasis（P=0.013） and tumor size（P=0.000）.However,no correlative pattern can be established between the CXCR7 expression level and patients＇ age（P=0.876）,magnitude of tumor differentiation（P=0.501）,ER（P=0.057）,or PR（P=0.885）.CONCLUSIONS：The expression level of CXCR7 is associated with lymph node metastasis of breast carcinomas.The selectively inhibiting CXCR7 expression may be an effective approach to control lymph node metastasis of breast carcinomas.
