摘　　要：商贸批发市场是衡量一个地区经济发展状况、市场繁荣的重要标志之一,是市场经济活动中最活跃的环节。目前我国商贸批发市场存在着整体规模偏小、交易方式落后、管理模式混乱等现象,这些严重阻碍了商贸批发市场朝着现代化的方向发展。应对我国商贸批发市场经营现状进行研究,并提出其未来发展趋势,使我国商贸批发市场朝着健康稳定的方向发展。Commodity wholesales market is an important mark for measuring economic development and market prosperity of an area and a most active link in a market economy. The present commodity wholesales market in China is small in size, backward in ways of trading and chaotic in management, which has seriously restrained its development towards modernization, thus it is imperative to make the research and predict its development trend to bring about a stable, healthy development.
