摘　　要：高等学校肩负着为国家培养高级专门人才、发展科学技术文化以及直接为社会主义经济建设与社会发展服务的重要任务。针对目前大学生中存在的创新能力不强、社会责任感淡漠、超越性精神缺乏、抗压能力不足等人格缺失问题,学校应该从健全学校制度、引导全面教育、营造校园环境、完善考核体系四个方面加以培养。The high universities should cultivate advanced talents for the country, develop science and technology culture arid directly provide the source for the social economic construction and social development. But now college students are lack of innovative capacity, social responsibility, transcendence spirit, compressive capacity and so on. The universities should improve the school system, guide all - round education, develop the environment and improve evaluation system to cultivate the college students.
