摘　　要：本文结合白城师范学院汉语言文学专业培养方案的调整实例,充分论证了在"发展的教育"这一科学的理念指导下,地方高校的人才培养体系的构建应该采取的措施,具体体现在培养方案的制定、教师队伍建设和教学方法、手段改革等方面。In this paper, it combines the professional development of Chinese Language and Literature ex- ample of the adjustment programme, and is fully demonstrated that the ＂development of education＂ concept under the guidance of the University System of personnel training should be reflected in the formulation of training pro- grammes, and the contingent of teachers and teaching reforms, and so on .
