中药鸦胆子油联合化疗治疗晚期食管癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药鸦胆子油联合化疗晚期食管癌的临床疗效。方法:入选58例晚期食管癌患者,并随机分成两组,治疗组应用鸦胆子油注射液联合化疗,对照组例行化疗,两组化疗方案相同。治疗2～3个周期后评价疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组抗肿瘤疗效无统计学差异,治疗组患者生活质量较对照组明显改善,有统计学意义。结论:中药鸦胆子油注射液联合化疗治疗晚期食管癌,能够显著提高患者的生活质量,改善临床症状。Objective： To observe the effect of combination chemotherapy of advanced esophageal cancer javanica oil clinical efficacy. Methods： 58 cases of advanced esophageal cancer patients selected and randomly divided into two groups, treatment group, javanica oil injection combined with chemotherapy in the control group patients received chemotherapy, two groups of the same chemotherapy regimen. After 2-3 cycles of treatment were evaluated. Results： The treatment group and control group no significant difference in anti-tumor efficacy of the treatment group than the control group of patients quality of life improved significantly, there are statistically significant. Conclusion： Chinese javanica oil injection combined with chemotherapy for advanced esophageal cancer, can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, improve clinical symptoms.
