摘 要:以自然光为对照,采用红色、黄色、蓝色、紫色和白色5种透明聚乙烯薄膜从旺长期开始对大田烤烟进行遮光处理,研究不同光质比例对不同时期烤烟中部叶片中类胡萝卜素类(叶黄素和β-胡萝卜素)和叶绿素类(叶绿素a和叶绿素b)两类质体色素含量的影响。结果表明:打顶前烟叶中质体色素处于积累阶段,打顶时达到最大值,与自然光相比,遮膜处理均不同程度地加快了质体色素的积累,促进效应以紫膜、红膜和白膜处理最为明显,黄膜处理最低。打顶后烟叶中质体色素处于降解转化阶段,与自然光相比,蓝膜处理下烟叶中质体色素含量在成熟期时与对照接近,在过熟时则明显低于对照。在整个降解过程中各不同薄膜下色素降解率从大到小依次为:蓝膜>紫膜>黄膜>红膜>白膜>自然光,且叶绿素降解率大于类胡萝卜素。红膜处理有利于质体色素的合成,蓝膜处理对质体色素的降解有促进作用,紫膜处理对两个过程都有促进作用,黄膜处理促进效应最弱,但对其降解有利。Effects of different light quality proportions, obtained through shading with different color polyethylene films, on plastid pigment content in middle leaves at different growth stages were studied. Results showed that: ( 1 ) plastid pigments accumulated before topping and reached maximum at topping before entering degradation and translation stage. (2) Compared with natural light, all treatments improved accumulation of plastid pigments Effects of purple, red and white films were more obviously while yellow film was the least effective. (3) Sequence of film-shading treatment by degradation rate during declined stage was blue 〉 purple 〉 yellow 〉 red 〉 white 〉 nature light, and degradation rate of chlorophyll is higher than that of carotenoid. (4) Red film shading contributed to accumulation, and blue film shading contributed to degradation. Purple film shading incited both processes. Yellow film shading was the weakest, but tended to show a faintly positive effects on degradation of plastid pigments
