摘　　要：运用文献资料法,多角度的论述了分层教学在大学体育课堂中实施的必要性与可能性,通过对分层教学中重点和难点的分析,提出了构建和谐的师生关系、完善教学组织、合理运用有效激励、提高教师创新能力等策略。By using of literature,The study discussed the necessities and possibilities of the layer teaching from Multi-angled in the sports class of college,By analyzing of difficulties in the teaching,The study puts forward strategies such as： to construct harmonious relation between teacher and students,to improve teaching organization;to use effectively incentive,to improve teachers＇ ability of innovation and so on.
