摘　　要：近年来,国家不断加强和完善运动员保障制度,但是与运动员切身利益相关的职级制度的研究却比较少。本文在阐释专业运动员职级制度涵义的基础上,综合分析专业运动员职级、薪酬制度的现状,提出构建专业运动员职级制度的必要性。Recently our country has constantly strengthened and improved the security system of the athletes,but the study of the athletes＇ rank system that relates to their own interests is few and far between.This essay,on the basis of explaining the athletes＇ rank system,gives a comprehensive analysis of the present situation of the professional athletes＇ rank and salary system and puts forward the practical necessity of formulating the professional athletes＇ position system.
