摘 要:研究生长素在桃果实中含量变化及其作用,以‘瑞光5号’正常桃、裂核桃、栽培‘久保’桃和野生桃果实为试材,应用酶联免疫法分别测定桃果实不同发育时期,内果皮和中果皮的IAA含量。结果表明:‘久保’桃中果皮前期IAA含量高于野生桃,可能是造成裂核的原因,内果皮中含量变化趋势较一致,但野生桃IAA含量高于‘久保’;‘瑞光5号’成熟期正常桃内果皮与裂核桃IAA含量差异显著,变化趋势不同,花后77d裂核果IAA含量明显高于正常果,表明裂核导致IAA含量异常。说明桃果实在正常发育、成熟及果核开裂过程中与生长素含量存在一定的关系。The aim was to study content changes and function of IAA in peach fruit,cultivated nectarine 'Ruiguang 5',spilt-pit peach,cultivated peach and wild peach were used as materials,IAA contents were measured in endocarp and mesocarp of peach during the development.The results showed IAA concentration in the mesocarp of 'Okubo' peach was higher than wild peach at early development stage.The contents of IAA had similar trend in endocarp,but IAA contents were higher in the endocarp of wild peach than in the one of cultivated peach.The IAA contents of normal 'Ruiguang 5' peach was significantly different with spilt-pit peaches.The contents of IAA in spilt-pit endocarp was obviously higher than that of normal fruit at 77 days after full blossom,which showed that spilt-pit caused the exception of IAA contens.The results demonstrated that the normal development,maturation and the split-pit of peach fruit were related with auxin.
