摘　　要：开设研究型综合化学实验是高等学校培养学生创新能力的一个重要途径。文中探讨了实验教师、实验员、学生在研究型综合化学实验教学中的角色定位,强调了在研究型综合实验教学中,学生、实验教师、实验员3者之间要充分互动、相互协调、补充、共同探索、总结,研究型综合化学实验才能顺利进行。Research-oriented comprehensive chemistry experiment is an important way for the higher school to cultivate students＇ innovative ability.The role orientation of experiment teachers,laboratory assistants and students in research-oriented comprehensive chemistry experiment and relationship between each other were described.The results showed that the experiment teaching can be carried out smoothly only to full interaction among members,coordinated and complementary,to explore and summarize together.
