摘　　要：在全面推进素质教育和创新能力培养的今天,高校实验室的作用日益提高。高校实验室既要完成国家重大科技创新任务,又要承担繁重的在校学生实验教学工作,因此,如何管理好实验室资产、合理有效地使用实验室,让其效能最大化是无数个实验工作者追求的目标。文中就实验室管理及充分发挥实验室效能的方法进行讨论,对具体实施方法提出了自己的一些想法.Edueation education for all-round development and innovation capability development were emphasized,and the function of laboratory in the high school rises day by day.Main task of it is to complete national great science and technology innovation tasks,and to undertake heavy tasks of teaching students of universities.Therefore,how to well manage laboratory assets,reasonablely and efficiently use laboratory to let its capability maximize are the objects that the experiment workers pursue.Here,we discussed methods to manage and well develop the laboratory capability,and propose some standpoints on concrete implementation method.
