摘 要:采用聚合物诱导相分离方法制备PDLC膜,主要研究了膜厚对PDLC膜电光特性的影响。结果表明,膜厚对PDLC中液晶微滴的尺寸与形状有很大影响,在一定范围内随着膜厚的增加,液晶微滴变得细小均匀,进而使液晶的阈值电压及饱和电压增加,但同时使液晶的下降时间缩短,有助于提高响应速度。The polymer induced phase separation method was used to prepare PDLC films. The influence of electro-optical characteristics on the film of thickness of PDLC film was mainly studied. It is showed that the thickness of PDLC film have a significant impact on the size and shape of the liquid crystal droplets. In a certain extent, a small liquid crystal droplets become uniform with the increase of thickness of the PDLC film. The threshold voltage and sa turation voltage of the film increase with the thickness of the PDLC increasing, however the response time of the PDLC film decreases and the response speed benefits from it.
