摘　　要：文章在分析高技术产业自主创新转型过程中民营企业的主体地位和作用的基础上,阐述了民营企业投资高技术产业的技术创业模式,并提出了民营企业投资高技术产业的政策建议。This paper analyzed the role of the dominant position in transition of independent innovation of high-tech industry, described the business model of the technology industry investment, and made sugguestion on investing in high-tech industry policy of private enterprises.
