摘　　要：社区矫正检察监督实效是检察机关监督能力在社区矫正中的体现,也是检察监督制度绩效的微观反映。社区矫正监督实效可以从点、线、面三个维度进行观测。监督理念的落后、法律规范的缺失、监督机制的障碍等是现阶段社区矫正检察监督实效的制约因素。应从转变监督理念、提升监督能力、界定监督范围、创新监督机制等路径入手,提升社区矫正检察监督的实效性。The inspection and supervision to community corrections reflects the prosecution＇s supervision ability to in the community correction,also reflects the micro performance of the inspection and supervision system.community corrections supervision results can be observed from three dimensions,the point,line,and surface.Shackles of the concept of supervision,lack of legal norms,barriers in mechanisms are constraints of inspection and supervision effective of community corrections at this stage.Supervision should change the concept to enhance the oversight capacity,to clarify the scope of supervision,monitoring mechanisms and other innovative path,to upgrade ffectiveness of inspection and supervision of community corrections.
