摘　　要：西樵纺织产业集群是广东内源型传统产业集群的代表。在调查研究的基础上,建立了西樵纺织产业集群的成长机制模型,从仿真结论总结出广东内源型传统产业集群的成长机制即劳动力的数量和质量在适应集群外部需求变化的基础上发生变化,并从而影响企业的数量和产能的过程和方式。Xiqiao textile industrial cluster is tre representative of Guangdong traditional cluster. Based on the investigation, the paper builds a growing mechanism model of Xiqiao textile cluster. From the simulation conclusion, it points out that the growing mechanism of Guangdong traditional cluster is the process and method of reflecting how the labour force changes themselves and enterprises production ability in quantity and quality.
