摘　　要：关系资本是近年来学者研究的一个新课题,是智力资本的重要组成部分。但关系资本的内涵是什么,有何种属性,还没有明确的分析和论述。通过对已有文献的研究,分析关系资本的内涵及属性,搭建企业关系资本的概念框架。最后提出企业关系资本研究展望。Relationship capital is a new topic in academic research in recent years. It is an important component of intel- lectual capital. But what is the meaning of relationship capital？ Based on the existing research literature, the paper analy- zes the meaning and property of capital relationship, and builds a conceptual framework for enterprise relationship capital. Finally, it proposes the future research on enterprise relational capital.
