高校女生阳光体育制约因素分析与实施模式研究

摘　　要：主要采用专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计、理论分析等研究方法,分别对中部普通高等学校女生阳光体育运动的情况进行了调查,找出了其中存在的制约因素。立足于高校体育实现素质教育、健康教育与终身体育的目标、任务上,力图构建一个符合实际、理论依据充分、实效性和操作性较强的高校女生阳光体育运动实施模式。Through using the method of expert interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and theoretical analysis,this paper makes investigation on sunlight sports of college female students in central part of China and finds out restricting factors.Based on realizing quality education of college physical education,as well as the health education and life-long exercise,the author tries to construct a sunlight sports mode of college female students which meet the practical and theoretical basis.
