摘  要:饮食行业油烟污染已经成为城市环境污染的重大问题,而实时监测油烟的技术已经越来越多地被环保部门所应用。当前基于TGS2100气体探测头的实时监测技术存在检测精度不高等问题,为了提高检测油烟的精度和效率,非分散红外(NDIR)光度法在气态吸收池中的创新性运用给出了很好的解决方案。使用宽带光源和吸收波长为3.4μm的热释电探测头来从现场测量油烟浓度,并将数据同时发送到环保监测终端。As diet industry lampblack pollution has become the major urban environmental pollution problems, real-time monitoring technology of lampblack is used in the environmental protection department increasingly. The current TGS2100 gas detector based on the real-time monitoring technology has many deficiencies such as low detection precision. In order to improve the precision and efficiency of lampblack detecting, the non-dispersive infrared(NDIR) method is innovationally used in the gaseous state absorbing cell to solve this problem. The idea is to use a broadband light source and the pyroelectric detector with the absorption wavelength of 3.4 μm to measure the lampblack concentration. At the same time, relevant data is sent to the terminal.
