摘 要:为了抑制ROF系统中的非线性效应,提出了两种基于多臂-MZ调制器的调制技术,从理论上阐述了这两种技术的调制方式和原理,运用Optisystem仿真软件对基于这两种技术的ROF系统分别进行了仿真分析,并与基于传统-MZ调制器的ROF系统进行了比较。结果表明:这两种调制技术有效地抑制了ROF系统的非线性效应,扩大了系统能接受的调制指数范围。For suppressing nonlinear effect in ROF system,two modulation techniques based on multi-arm M-Z modulators are proposed. First, both the modulation methods and principles of the two techniques are described theoretically, and then, with the help of optical communication simulation soitware - Optisystem, simulation analysis about ROF systems based on these techniques are carded out, comparing with ROF system based on traditional M-Z modulators.The results show that: the two modulation techniques effectively reduced the nonlinearity of the ROF systems, and the range of modulation index system can accept was expanded.
