摘  要:目的探讨Shh/Gli2信号轴在小鼠急性胰腺炎中的作用。方法雨蛙素腹腔注射诱导急性胰腺炎模型,用RT-PCR、Western blot、免疫组织化学(IHC)方法检测Shh、Gli2在胰腺组织的表达与分布,检测胰腺髓过氧化物酶(MPO)水平。结果与对照组相比较,雨蛙素注射1h后Shh、Gli2表达逐渐升高,在24h达到最高。在胰腺炎症早期炎症明显加重,12h以后逐渐恢复。结论在急性胰腺炎症过程中,Shh/Gli2信号可能参与调节组织修复和细胞的增生。Objective To study the potential role of Shh/Gli2 signal axis in mice acute pancreatitis. Methods Acute pancreatitis was induced by intraperitoneal injections of cerulean 7 times at hourly intervals in mice. Shh and Gli2 expression were detected by real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction ( RT- PCR) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The level of pancreatic myeloperoxidase (MPO) was determined. Results As compared with control group, RT-PCR and IHC results showed Shh and Gli2 in experimental group were increased, at 24 h, up to peak values. During the early phase of acute pancreatitis, the inflammation was serious, decreased at 12 h, gradually restored to basic level at 24 h. Conclusion During the acute panereatitis, Shh/Gli2 signal axis may be involved in regulating tissue repair and cell proliferation.
