摘　　要：青光眼是以视网膜神经节细胞凋亡、视野缺损、视盘生理凹陷扩大为特征的视神经慢性退行性疾病。迄今对青光眼视神经病变的发生机制尚不十分清楚，但是在视神经损伤抑或修复中，视网膜神经胶质细胞均起着至关重要的作用，是目前青光眼领域研究的热点。因此，有必要就神经胶质细胞在青光眼视乳头组织结构重塑、视网膜神经节细胞凋亡、青光眼性免疫反应中的作用等相关研究进展予以综述。Glaucomatous optic neuropathy is a chronic disease accompanied by visual field loss, cupping of optic nerve head, and apoptosis of retinal ganglion cells （RGCs）. The mechanism of glaucomatous optic neuropathy is unknown but glial cells play an important role in glaucomatous optic nerve damage and the repair process. We review the role of glial cells in the remodeling of optic nerve head, apoptosis of RGCs and immune reactions in glaucoma.
