摘　　要：目的:研究Galectin-3在肾细胞癌中的表达,探讨它与肾细胞癌的临床病理意义。方法:用免疫组化SP法检测Galectin-3在83例肾细胞癌和18例正常肾组织中的表达,结合临床病理数据,分析其与肾细胞癌临床病理特征之间的关系。结果:Galectin-3在透明细胞癌中的阳性表达率为38.89%(21/54),在乳头状细胞癌中的阳性表达率为68.42%(13/19),在嫌色细胞癌中的阳性表达率为80.00%(8/10),正常肾组织中阳性表达率为11.11%(2/18)。差异有统计学意义。Galectin-3在肾细胞癌中的表达与肾细胞癌病理学分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移及病理类型有关(P<0.05);而与患者性别、年龄和肿瘤直径无关(P>0.05)。结论:Galectin-3的高表达与肾细胞癌,特别是乳头状细胞癌和嫌色细胞癌的发生、发展密切相关,为肾细胞癌的鉴别诊断及临床治疗提供了可参考的指标。Objective：To study the Galeetin-3 in renal cell carcinoma,discuss the expression with renal cell car- cinoma of pathological significance. Method： Using immunohistochemistry SP method to detect Galectin-3 in 83 ca ses of renal cell carcinoma and 18 patients with normal renal tissue of expression,combined with clinical pathologic data, analyzing the renal cell carcinoma of the relationship between the clinical and pathological features. Result： Ga- lectin-3 in clear cell carcinoma of the positive expression rate was 38.89% （21/54）,in the papillary carcinoma of the positive expression rate was 68.42 % （13/19）,in a chromophobe carcinoma of the positive expression rate was 80.00% （8/10）,normal kidney tissues positive expression rate is 11.11 % （2/18）. A statistically significant differ- ence. Galectin-3 in renal cell carcinoma of the renal cell cancer expression and the clinical stages of classification, and lymph node metastasis and the pathological types related（P〈0.05）;With the patient and gender, age and tumor diameter（P〉0.05）has nothing to do. Conclusion：Galectin-3 high expression and renal cell carcinoma, espe- cially papillary carcinoma and a ehromophobe carcinoma is closely related to the occurrence and development of re hal cell carcinoma,the differential diagnosis of clinical treatment and provide the reference index.
