摘　　要：文章介绍了"结构洞"的相关概念和理论,从结构洞指数和中介中心性指数两个方面论述了结构洞的测度方法,分析了组织社会网络中存在的结构洞所能带来的结构位置利益及其对组织隐性知识共享的影响,最后以一家高新技术企业研发部门内的社会网络为例,利用社会网络分析方法对组织社会网络中的结构洞对组织隐性知识共享的影响进行了实证研究。This paper introduces the related concepts of structural holes, discusses the methods for measuring structural holes from the perspective of structural holes index and betweenness centrality index, and analyzes the impact of structural holes on tacit knowledge sharing in organizational social networks. Finally, an empirical study is conducted about the impact of structural holes on tacit knowledge sharing in the R ＆ D department＇ s social network of a high - tech enterprise with the social network analysis.
