食用色素用于食品包装纸表面染色效果的研究

摘　　要：研究用食用色素亮蓝对符合食品包装原纸要求的纸张进行表面施胶法染色。实验结果表明:在染色液用量为0.75g/L条件下,采用单因素法实验得到表面施胶法染色的最佳工艺条件为:染色温度为60℃;防水剂用量为1.8%;媒染剂硫酸铝用量0.2g/L;施胶液氧化淀粉固含量10%。采用表面施胶法染色比浆内染色能有效提高染色效果,对色差影响较小。施胶后纸张表面的Cobb值能达到32～36g/m2之间,具有良好的防水效果。In this paper, brilliant blue was studied for the requirement of dyeing food package paper by surface sizing, Through optimizing the dyeing conditions with single- factor tests at the condition of 0.75g/L dosage of brilliant blue, the results show that dyeing temperature 60°C; the dosage of waterproof agent 1.8%; the dosage of AI2（SO4）3 0.2g/L; solid content of the sizing liquid 10%. Contrast with the internal coloring in stock, dyeing paper by the surface sizing is more effective to improve the coloring effort, and it has little influence on color degree. After the surface sizing, good result of water-proof is obtained and the Cobb value of paper is reduced to 32-36g/m^2.
