摘 要:选取了5种具有不同表面特性的喷墨纸,测试了它们的吸收性、光泽度、粗糙度、白度和不透明度等表面特性。以EPSON Stylus Pro7880c数字打样机为输出设备,在这些纸样上印刷GATF标准梯尺、实地色块和标准线条,用SpectroEye分光密度仪测试了其网点扩大、实地密度,用QEA图像分析仪分析了线条的质量。运用主成分分析法分析了纸张的表面特性,用图像分析法分析了印品的清晰度,用多元回归分析法分析了纸张表面基本性能与印品质量特性(网点扩大、实地密度、清晰度)的相关性,并建立了一个综合评价函数模型。该评价体系在评价纸张性能时,不需要打样的印刷过程,相对于传统的评价方法具有快捷和实用的优点。Five kinds of ink-jet paper with different surface characteristics were chosen to test their properties including absorbability, gloss, roughness, whiteness etc. Based on the digital proofer of EPSON Stylus Pro7880c, the standard wedge of GATF, color field and standard lines were printed on these paper samples; dot gain and solid density were tested by SpectroEye, the line quality was analyzed with QEA Image Analysis. Paper surface characteristics were analyzed with principal components analysis; printing resolution was analyzed by QEA Image Analysis; correlation between paper surface characteristics and the properties of printing qualities, such as dot gain, solid density, as well as resolution was analyzed by multiple regression analysis, and an integral evaluation model was established. This evaluation system has a quick and practical advantage in contrast to traditional methods because there is not necessary to print when paper performance is evaluated.
