摘  要:目的:探讨高校后勤员工的心理健康水平与父母教养方式的关系。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和父母教养方式问卷(PBI)对杭州市某高校后勤集团全体员工的心理健康水平和父母教养方式等情况进行调查。结果:某高校后勤员工的SCL-90总分和各因子分均低于国内常模,不同性别、年龄、学历员工间的SCL-90总分和各因子分存在显著差异;在父母教养方式上女性体验更多的是父母关爱,男性体验较多的是父母自主性;回归分析表明在不同性别中父母教养方式对心理健康水平发挥着不同的作用。结论:高校后勤员工的心理健康水平较好,父母教养方式是影响其心理健康水平的重要因素。Objective: To explore the relationship between parental bonding styles and mental health of employees in university's logis, tics. Methods: SCL-90 and PBI were administered to the employees in one university's logistics in Hangzhou. Results: The total mean score and factor scores of SCL-90 were significantly lower in employees from the university's logistics than that of the norm population. However, there were significantly differences between the gender, age and academic qualification groups on the total mean score and factor scores of SCL-90. The females perceived more parental care than the males, whereas the males perceived more parental autonomy than the females. Parental bonding styles played different roles between the males and females' mental health. Conclusion: Mental health status of the employees in the university's logistics was moderate. The parental bonding styles of the employees' in the university's logistics played important roles on their mental health.
