摘  要:【目的】观察不同气味因素对幼年小鼠晕动病的影响。【方法】分别预先给予小鼠姜汁、橙汁、风油精和香烟气味刺激后制备晕动病模型,通过晕动病症状评分、旷场实验和小鼠自主活动实验,观察上述4类气味对晕动病幼年小鼠模型的影响。【结果】姜味、风油精味和烟味未影响幼年小鼠的晕动病症状评分,橙味会增加幼年小鼠的晕动病症状评分;烟味增加幼年晕动病小鼠的焦虑样症状;4类气味未明显改变幼年晕动病小鼠的自主活动。【结论】姜味、橙味、风油精味和烟味等4类气味刺激并未表现出明显的对幼年动物晕动病的预防作用。【Objective】 To observe the influences of different odors on the motion sickness of juvenile mice.【Methods】 The motion sickness symptomatic score,the open field test and the autonomous movement test were performed to examine the effects of the pre-administration of Ginger juice spray,orange juice spray,Chinese essential balm spray and smoke of cigarettes,respectively,on the symptoms of juvenile mice model of motion sickness.【Results】 Pre-administration of Ginger juice spray,Chinese essential balm spray or smoke of cigarettes did not influence the motion sickness symptomatic score of juvenile mice model of motion sickness.Pre-administration of orange juice spray increased the motion sickness symptomatic score of juvenile mice model of motion sickness.Pre-administration of smoke of cigarettes increased the anxious related symptoms of juvenile mice model of motion sickness in the open field test.Pre-administration of Ginger juice spray,orange juice spray,Chinese essential balm spray and smoke of cigarettes did not affect the autonomous movement of juvenile mice model of motion sickness.【Conclusion】 Pre-administration of Ginger juice spray,orange juice spray,Chinese essential balm spray and smoke of cigarettes do not impact the symptoms of juvenile mice model of motion sickness.
