丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死100例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察丹红注射液对急性脑梗死的疗效及不良反应。方法选取100例急性脑梗死患者,男性65例、女性35例,在常规口服阿司匹林100 mg/d的基础上,予丹红注射液20～40 ml每日一次静点,疗程15 d,观察用药前后肢体功能、HINSS评分、血脂、血液流变学等指标,以及药物不良反应。结果本组100例患者中基本痊愈43例,显著进步35例,进步18例,无效4例,其中死亡2例,1例为颈内动脉主干闭塞脑疝形成,另一例死于并发症肺部重症感染。肝、肾功能及凝血功能用药前后无变化,76例血脂升高的患者中59例降至正常,56例血粘度升高的患者51例恢复正常。未观察到出血、胃肠道反应、皮疹等不良反应。本组治疗后HINSS评分平均为9.2分,较治疗前降低6.6分。结论丹红注射液对急性脑梗死有显著疗效,可降低HINSS评分,减少致残率,是安全、有效的抗缺血药物。Objective To observe the clinical efficiency and adverse effect of DanHong injection on acute cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred patients with acute cerebral infarction（65 men and 35 women） were chosen.All cases were given 100 mg of aspirin for oral use per day,and 20-40 ml of DanHong injection according to their body weight,the treatment course was 15 days.The limbs motor function,NIHSS scales,lipid and blood viscosity level,and drug adverse effect before and after the treatment were evaluated.Results Among the 100 patients,43 cases were basic cured,35 cases showed great improvement,18 cases progressed,4 cases were ineffectiveness,and among them there were 2 cases died,one was from brain hernia which was the result of internal carotid artery occlusion,and the other one form severe pulmonary infection.The hepatic function,renal function and blood coagulation function had no changes after drug administration.59 in 76 patients with elevated blood lipids had recovered to normal level.And 51 in 56 patients with elevated blood viscosity had descent to normal level.The adverse effect such as hemorrhage,upset gastro-intestinal,erythra,et al.was no found.The average NIHSS score of these patients was 9.2,which reduced to 6.6 before our treatment.Conclusion The DanHong injection obtains an obvious therapeutic efficacy in patients with acute cerebral infarction.It can reduce patients’ NIHSS scales and the disability proportion.and is safe and effect to against ischemia damage.
