摘 要:在医学院校的附属或教学医院,医生具有临床医师、临床课程教师、临床科研工作者三重身份,肩负着医疗卫生服务工作,承担临床医学课程的教学任务,还要进行临床科学研究。部分医务人员往往把工作的重点放在医疗和科研上,对临床教学工作的意义认识不足,出现"被动教学"的现象。为了提高临床医师对教学的认识,同时,在实际工作中,每年都有临床教师评优评先,为了更确切、科学地评价临床教师的工作业绩,解决考核过程中主观因素过多的问题,笔者制定了"临床教师教学工作质量量化考核指标"。在蚌埠医学院第一附属医院2010年度医疗、教学、科研综合目标评选中,笔者选取一个临床教研室作为应用对象,将20位教师提交的教学工作材料进行分类,按照"临床教师教学工作质量量化考核指标"为每位教师分别积分,按照积分的高低选出2位老师作为教研室的"教学先进个人"。通过应用,笔者发现"临床教师教学工作质量量化考核指标"具有主客观相统一、可操作性强的特点,有较好的区分度和可信度,做到客观、公正,确保优秀临床教师脱颖而出,激发临床教师的工作热情和创造能力。Doctors in the affiliated hospital of medical universities and colleges had a triple identity of clinician,clinical course teachers and clinical scientific research workers.They not only had the medical and health service works,but also undertook the task of teaching clinical courses and medical scientific research.There was a passive phenomenon appear in the clinical teaching due to part of the Doctors tend to focus on medical services and scientific research,inadequate understand the significance of the clinical teaching.In order to improve the clinical physician to realize the significance of teaching,and evaluate more exactly and scientifically in the work performance of clinical teachers and solve the subjective factors in the assessment and selection process of excellent and advanced clinical teacher,we developed an index for clinical teaching quality evaluation quantification.In 2010 annual medical & teaching and scientific research comprehensive goal evaluation and selection of the first affiliated hospital of Bengbu Medical College,we chose a clinical staff room as application object,classified teaching job materials submitted by 20 teachers,and evaluated each teacher separately according to "the index for clinical teaching quality evaluation quantification".Through the application of "the index for clinical teaching quality evaluation quantification",we found that the index was subjective and objective,feasible,and had good differentiate and credibility,what’s more,the index can ensure select excellent clinical teachers,and stimulate the clinical teachers’ work enthusiasm and creativity.
