摘　　要：我国汽车工业快速发展,在汽车工业发展规划中指出要大力发展我国的汽车零部件工业。通过学习和研究国外整车厂商和零部件厂商的运作模式,借鉴他们成功的经验,同时结合我国国情和特点,从存在形式、产权关系、技术交流关系、以整车为核心的整零关系框架等进行分析,探讨适合我国汽车零部件工业的发展的模式和方向。China＇s automobile industry is developing rapidly. It is pointed out in the automobile industry development plan that we should vigorously develop China＇s auto parts industry. We study and research the mode of operation of vehicle manufacturers and parts makers abroad, learn from their successful experiences, combine with China＇s national conditions and characteristics, and analyze the existing form, property rights, technical exchange and relation between whole vehicle frame, investigate the development pattern and direction suitable to China＇s auto parts industry.
