国产奥氮平治疗酒精所致精神障碍的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价奥氮平治疗酒精所致精神障碍的疗效和副反应。方法:将80例酒精所致精神障碍患者随机分为奥氮平组45例和奋乃静组35例,治疗4周后,用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)及副反应量表(TESS)评价疗效和副反应。结果:奥氮平组总有效率86.7%,奋乃静组总有效率71.4%。奥氮平的疗效优于奋乃静(P<0.05)。奥氮平组PANSS总分、阴性症状分和一般精神病理分减分率均较奋乃静组高(P均<0.05)。奥氮平组的不良反应明显少于奋乃静组。结论:奥氮平治疗酒精所致精神障碍疗效较好,副作用较少。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and side effect of Olanzapine in the treatment of mental disorders due to use of alcohol. Methods：80 patients with mental disorders due to use of alcohol were randomly divided into Olanzapine group（ n =45 ） and Perphenazine group（ n = 35 ）. The efficacy and side effect were assessed with the positive and negative syndrem scale （ PANSS ） and the treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS） after 4 weeks. Results：The total effective rate of Olanzapine group was 86.7% ,the total effective rate of Perphenazine group was 71.4%. Olanzapine is more effective than Perphenazine（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Reduced rate of PANSS total score, negative symptoms scores and general psychopathology scores in Olanzapine group were higher than those in Perphenazine group（ all P 〈 0.05 ）. Adverse reaction of Olanzapine group is less than that of perphenazine group. Concluston：Olanzapine have better curative effect in the treatment of mental disorders due to use of alcohol, and fewer side effects.
