摘 要:首次利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱研究木薯皮的矿物质的种类及含量,又利用超临界及传统提取方法得到木薯皮不同极性部位的化学成分,并通过气—质联用、红外光谱、核磁共振技术等波谱分析方法对木薯皮化学成分做了初步定性分析。结果表明:木薯皮中矿物质含量最高的是K,含量最高为1 453.29 mg/100 g干重,Ca含量次之,Na含量位居第三;微量元素中Ni含量最高,为87.22 mg/kg干重;木薯皮中检索匹配度大于90%的化学成分中检测出7-氨基-3-苯基香豆素和东莨菪内酯2种香豆素类物质,其它重要的化学成分有β-谷甾醇、乙酰愈创木酮、N,N'-羰基二咪唑、亚硝酸异戊酯等,以上化学成分均为首次在木薯皮中发现。The types and content of minerals in the Cassava peel were researched by Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometer (ICP-OES); different polar parts of cassava tegumen chemical composition were extracted throuth making use of Supercritical carbon dioxide and conventional extraction methods, and analysed by gas chromatography-massspectrometry (GC-MS), infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) for the first time. The results showed that: Cassava peel mineral content is the highest K content of up to 1 453.29 mg/100 g dry weight, Ca content in the second, Na content in third; Ni content of up to 87.22 mg/kg dry weight in the trace elements. 7-Amino-3-phenylcoumarin and Chrysatropic acid are detected in the matching more than 90 % of the chemical composition. Other important chemical ingredients were 13-sitosterol, acetoguaiacone, 1, 1'-Carbonyldiimidazole, Isoamyl nitrite, etc. The above chemical composition were found in the first time in cassava tegumen.
