摘　　要：目的:针对科内护理工作实际情况,实行APN弹性排班结合责任包干制包床到人,提高基础护理质量,切实落实患者优质基础护理水平。方法:针对我科护理工作中高风险时段护理人员不足的实际,实行APN弹性排班结合责任包干制包床到人,并与传统排班护理管理模式进行对比,比较两种模式下,护理工作满意度、护理安全事件发生率及护理工作时间变化情况。结果:实施APN弹性排班结合责任包干制包床到人后明显减少了护理工作中高风险时段的护理安全隐患,同时提高了基础护理质量及满意度。结论:实行APN弹性排班结合责任包干制可发挥护理组长在护理管理中的作用,提高了护理工作效率和质量,减少了安全隐患,提高了护理工作满意率。Objective： To investigate the effect of the APN continuous scheduling and full responsibility for contracted sickbed on clinical care quality.Methods：Considering that there are not enough nurses for the peak ward hours,the APN continuous scheduling and full responsibility for contracted sickbed are conducted in our endocrine department and compared with the conventional scheduling in the way of efficiency,accuracy,quality and satisfaction.Results：The implementation of the APN continuous scheduling and full responsibility for contracted sickbed contributed to the reduction of nursing negligence and the improvement of quality of care.Conclusion：The implementation of the APN continuous scheduling and full responsibility for contracted sickbed may bring the contractor leader into full play in clinical care.It may also improve the efficiency,accuracy,quality and satisfaction and finally realize the decrease in nursing accidents.
