两种方法联合间歇性雄激素抑制治疗中晚期前列腺癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察经尿道等离子前列腺电切术(TUPKP)和睾丸切除术联合间歇性雄激素抑制(IAD)治疗中晚期前列腺癌(Pca)的疗效。方法 40例中晚期Pca患者行TUPKP治疗并且行睾丸切除术和IAD治疗。结果 6个月后,国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)、最大尿流率(MFR)、残余尿量(RV)、前列腺特异抗原(PSA)、前列腺体积等与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 TUPKP和睾丸切除联合IAD治疗中晚期Pca的疗效确切,明显提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of transurethral bipolar plasma kinetic prostatectomy（TUPKP）and orchidectomy combined with intermittent androgen deprivation（IAD） on metaphase-advanced prostate cancer.Methods 40 cases with metaphase-advanced prostate cancer received the treatment of transurethral bipolar plasma kinetic prostatectomy and orchidectomy combined with intermittent androgen deprivation.Results There were significant differences in international prostate symptom score（IPSS）,quality of life（QOL）,maximum flow rate（MFR）,residual urine volume（RV）,prostate specific antigen（PSA） and volume of prostate between before operaition and after operation（P0.01）.Conclusion The effect of transurethral bipolar plasma kinetic prostatectomy and orchidectomy combine with intermittent androgen deprivation on metaphase-advanced prostate cancer is obvious and it can improve the life quality of patients,so it is worthy of applying and spreading in clinic.
