谷精草提取物中多酚含量的测定

摘　　要：以没食子酸为标准品。采用福林-酚(Folin-Ciocaheu)法测定多酚含量。结果表明,没食子酸在浓度为1-6/μg/mL范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999).谷精草提取物中多酚含量为5.58%,平均回收率为99.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.74%。该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于谷精草提取物中多酚含量的测定。With gallic acid as standard material,the content of polyphenols in extracts from Eriocaulon buergerianum Koern was determined by Folin-Ciocalteu colorimetry.There was a good linear relationship between concentration of gallic acid and absorbance in the range of 1—6μg/mL （r=0.9999）.The content of polyphenols in extracts from Eriocaulon buergerianum Koern was 5.58%.The average recovery was 99.7%,and RSD was 0.74%.The method is convenient, sensitive,accurate and reliable for the determination of polyphenols in extracts from Eriocaulon buergerianum Koern.
