摘　　要：目的研究MTA1蛋白在肝癌组织中的表达及意义。方法用Western Blot法检测57例肝癌组织及23例肝硬化组织的MTA1蛋白表达水平,并结合相关指标进行分析。结果 MTA1蛋白在有转移肝癌组织中的表达明显高于无转移肝癌组织和肝硬化组织(P<0.01)。MTA1蛋白在肝癌组织中的表达与Edmondson分级不相关(P>0.01)。结论 MTA1蛋白在肝癌组织中的表达与肝癌细胞的转移相关。Objective To study the expression and significance of MTA 1 protein in liver cancer. Methods The Western Blot was carried out to detect the level of MTA1 protein from 57 lever cancer and 23 cirrhosis. The significance was analyzed between such data and related clinical and pathological factors. Results Higher expression of MTA1 protein was found in liver cancer tissues of metastasis,compared to that in not metastasis and cirrhosis tissues（P〈0.01）. The level of MTA1 protein expression in different pathological types were not significantly correlated to Edmondson stages of liver cancer（P〉0.01）. Conclusion The higher expression of MTA1 protein may be correlated to the metastasis of liver cancer.
