巩立娇背向滑步推铅球过渡阶段和最后用力阶段技术特征分析——兼谈巩立娇2011年竞技表现水平

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、数理统计法、专家访谈法和比较分析法,对巩立娇2011年前半年的竞技表现水平和背向滑步推铅球过渡阶段和最后用力阶段的运动技术特征进行分析。结果表明:2011年前半年巩立娇一直保持着较高的竞技运动水平,成绩稳定在19.85m左右。在技术特点上,巩立娇过渡阶段肩、髋扭转角较为合理,肩轴和髋轴的角速度偏低,过渡时间较长;最后用力阶段起投速度偏小,速度增量大,出手高度较为合理,出手速度快;双支撑时间较短;单支撑时间较长;工作距离较短;出手角度偏小。Using the methods of literature review,mathematical statistics,expert interview and comparative analysis,this paper studies Gong Lijiao＇s competitive performance levels and the features of exercise techniques in the transitional phase and the delivery phase.The result indicates： In the first half of 2011 Gong Li-jiao has maintained a high level of competitive sports and the score is about 19.85 meters.In terms of technique features,Gong Li-jiao＇s transitional phase shoulder and hip twist angle are more reasonable.The shoulder and hip axis angular velocity are low and the transition time is longer.Gong Li-jiao starts with a low glide velocity and large velocity increment.In the final thrust phase the delivery speed is small,the speed increases quickly,the releasing height is more reasonable,double support time is shorter,single support time is longer,the working distance is short and the delivery angle is small.
