科研团队学科背景特征对创新绩效的影响——以知识交流共享与知识整合为中介变量

摘　　要：科研团队是科技创新活动的主要组织形式,但团队运作并非一定就能带来较高创新绩效。在科研团队内部,成员之间的价值观差异和知识交流障碍对于团队的科技创新活动来说尤为重要。从知识管理和知识创造的视角,科研团队成员之间的知识交流、知识共享和知识整合,对于科研活动的创新绩效影响和作用机理非常值得研究。在前人研究的基础上,通过对相关变量测量量表的修订,选取北京、广州两地重点高校80支科研团队进行问卷调查,获取大样本数据,通过统计分析,揭示了科研团队成员学科背景特征、团队成员之间知识交流共享和知识整合对团队创新绩效的影响,明确了加强知识管理对于提高科研团队创新绩效的重要性。Scientific research team （SRT） is a major form of scientific and technical innovation. But higher innovation performance along with SRT is not inevitable. There are many reasons influence the process. In internal of SRT, difference in values and barrier in knowledge communication between teammembers are very important. Form the perspective of knowledge management and creation, the effect of knowledge communication, sharing, and integration on SRT innovation performance is worth researching. In the basis of former study, we revised the scales of related variables; chose 80 SRTs from universities in Beijing and Guangzhou to investigate with our questionnaires, and acquired data to statistic analysis with SPSS and AMOS.
