摘 要:目的探讨氟对大鼠海马的损伤机制。方法采用ABC免疫组化法,观察分别饮用自来水(对照组),100 mg/L(低氟组)、200 mg/L(高氟组)的氟化钠溶液的大鼠海马神经元型一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)阳性神经元的变化。结果低氟组和高氟组大鼠海马CA1区、CA3区及齿状回(DG)nNOS神经元数目都分别明显减少;且随着染氟剂量的增加,CA1区nNOS神经元的数目也在明显减少,CA3区和DG区nNOS神经元数目也呈减少趋势。结论慢性氟中毒可以抑制nNOS在大鼠神经元的表达。Objective It is to investigate the mechanism of chronic fluorine poisoning on hippocampus of rats.Methods The changes of positive nNOS expression in control group given drinking tap water,100 mg/L(low fluorine group),200 mg/L(high fluorine group),were observed by ABC immunohistochemisty.Results The expression of nNOS in the region of CA1,CA3 and dentate gyrus(DG) in hippocampus of low fluorine group and high fluorine group was significantly reduced,with the increase of fluorine,the expression of nNOS in the region of CA1 was reduced significantly,region CA3 and DG also reduced.Conclusion Chronic fluorine poisoning can restrain the expression of nNOS in Hippocampus of rats.
