安全型静脉留置针在手术室的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨安全型静脉留置针对操作者的保护作用,为完善职业防护措施提供科学依据。方法收集医院手术室、肿瘤内科2010年4月-2011年3月使用静脉留置针患者3980例,其中试验组(手术室)2060例使用安全型静脉留置针,对照组(肿瘤内科)1920例使用普通型静脉留置针;观察两组操作者针刺伤危险性的发生率。结果普通型留置针组针刺伤发生率为0.72%,安全型留置针组未发生针刺伤,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论安全型静脉留置针可起到预防针刺伤的作用;管理者在教育干预的同时,提倡使用安全医疗器具也是十分必要的。OBJECTIVE To investigate the protective effect of safe venous indwelling needle on the operators,to provide the scientific basis for professional protective measures.METHODS A total of 3980 cases that used venous indwelling needle in operating room and tumor medicine department from Apr.2010 to Mar.2011 were collected.Experimental group（operating room,2060 cases） used safe venous indwelling needle,control group（internal medicine,1920 case） used regular venous indwelling needle.The incidence of needle stabbing of the operators in two groups were observed.RESULTS The incidence rate of needle injury of control group was 0.72%,zero for experimental group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.CONCLUSION The safe venous indwelling needle can protect the operator from needle injury;it is necessary to advocate use of this apparatus besides educational intervention.
