摘  要:在没有安装流量计量设施的污水干线管道上,通过大型辅助构筑物和常用计量设施,构造大型污水管道流量测量方案,为大型污水提升泵站的节能运营提供上游流量预测数据.在调查国内该课题需求的基础上,以某市的TC交汇井为例,整理出可行相对经济安全的试验方法,构建出此类试验方案优选的通用评估系统.通过剖析影响课题实验方案决策的各种定性和定量因素,建立课题方案综合评价指标层次体系,在充分剖析模糊理论的基础上,将模型M(.,+)运用到AHP中,确定各评价因素的权重,并结合M(∧,∨)模型(主因素决定型模型)确定最优实验方案,证明了该评价体系的实用性.In the absence of installing flow metering facilities on sewage pipelines, experimental programs about flow measurement are conceived by installing common metering facilities and making use of some large auxiliary structures. It can help upstream flow data provision for down-stream pumping station. And energy-efficient operation schema and flow forcast can be provided. Based on the full investigation of such subject demand and the case of TC insersection well of a city as example, a relatively economical and safe experiental program selection frame is made here. A common evalution system is produced. Integrate evaluation index level system is estabilished by analyzing all kinds of qualitative and quantitative factors which influencing experimental program decision-making. The model M (*, +) is applied in AHP based on the full understanding of basic fuzzy theory. Weights are gived by subject factors and calculation. The weights and the M ( A, V ) model preferring the main factors determine the optimal experimental program. The results proved the practicability of the evaluation system in this paner.
