摘　　要：当下我国高校人文精神淡薄,学风浮躁,学术腐败问题严重,有必要重塑崇尚学术自由与独立的大学精神,而传统师道的回归和弘扬有助于增强学术道德与学术自律,从而建构高校学习型教师团体和知识分子学术共同体。The problems in China＇ s higher education include the lack of humanity,profitdriven research, and academic corruptions. It is very necessary to re-establish the atmosphere of academic freedom, and independent academic spirit. The traditional value of teachers is good for the improvement of academic morality and discipline, based on which a study-oriented staff as well as intellectuals community will be developed.
