摘　　要：在对湖北省12所高校的516名在校青年教师进行问卷调查的基础上,对湖北省高校青年教师的利益诉求的现状、问题及原因进行分析,得出了相关结论,并对改善青年教师利益诉求提出了若干对策建议。The research, by way of questionnaire on 516 young teachers from 12 Universities in Hubei Province, analyzed the current situation of the interest demand of the young college teachers, the existing problems and their causes, and then relevant conclusion had been drawn accordingly. Finally, a series of countermeasures are proposed to better the conditions of the interest demand of the young teachers in universities.
