摘　　要：陪审制的核心价值是诉讼民主,可以说陪审制是诉讼民主的体现。陪审制中诉讼民主价值具体体现为:有利于法治社会的构建;有利于避免法官专断;有利于培养公民的权利意识;有利于公民履行道德责任。Litigant democracy is the core value of the jury system.In other words,the jury system is a manifestation of litigant democracy.The democratic values of jury system embodied are： helping to build a society ruled by law;helping to avoid the arbitrary judge;helping to foster awareness of the rights of citizens;helping citizens fulfill their moral responsibilities.Finally,the author filed the requirements for the jurors under the democratic values.
